Phó Giáo sư, Tiến sĩ, Bác sĩ Nguyễn Thị Lâm là chuyên gia tư vấn dinh dưỡng tại Diasomalt+ Dinh dưỡng trọn vẹn cho người tiểu đường từ năm 2021.\
Bà nguyên là Phó Viện trưởng Viện Dinh dưỡng Quốc gia với hơn 33 năm công tác và nghiên cứu trong lĩnh vực dinh dưỡng. Bà tốt nghiệp Bác sĩ Dinh dưỡng điều trị tại Đại học Y Hà Nội năm 1982, hoàn thành Thạc sĩ chuyên ngành Dinh dưỡng tại Đại học Y Hà Nội năm 1985, và nhận bằng Tiến sĩ Dinh dưỡng tại Đại học Tổng hợp Indonesia năm 1997. Từ năm 1999 đến 2019, bà giữ chức Phó Viện trưởng Viện Dinh dưỡng Quốc gia, và từ năm 2020 đến tháng 11/2022, bà là Viện trưởng Viện Dinh dưỡng Việt Đức, phụ trách nghiên cứu và đào tạo phương pháp.\
